When I was living in Vietnam. I went to wash my hair and do beauty treatments every week until I moved to Vancouver to live. I missed that experience so much. And that's why I came up with the idea of bringing the service to Vancouver, I believe that everyone will love it like me. After the covid pandemic, I realized that caring for my health and loved ones is the most complete and meaningful way to live life.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes appointments need to be canceled. If you need to cancel, please let us know as soon as possible.
Note: Please be informed that you may be charged a late cancellation fee of $25 or a no-show fee of $50 if you do not cancel 24 - 48 hours in advance.

Late Arrival Policy
We accommodate a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. However, arrivals exceeding this timeframe may necessitate a reduced treatment duration at the original price or incur a 50% charge and forfeit the appointment.
Appointment Refusal Policy
We prioritize maintaining a safe and respectful environment for all clients and staff. We reserve the right to refuse service if interactions become rude, threatening, or disruptive, ensuring the well-being and dignity of our community.

1) It is recommended that you come with 1-2 days unwashed hair.
2) It is recommended that you leave your valuable jewelry at home prior to coming in for your appointment.
3) We are not offering intricated hair styling/blow out services at the moment.
